ADT has announced that Ken Porpora, the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has stepped down to become the Chief Executive Officer of a privately held HVAC and plumbing services provider.

Jeff Likosar, President, Corporate Development and Chief Transformation Officer, is now serving as the interim CFO of the company.

Likosar previously served as the company’s CFO from 2017 to 2022. The organization has begun the external search process of evaluating CFO candidates.

“Ken has been a tremendous partner and an outstanding leader… throughout his many successful years at our company,” said Jim DeVries, ADT Chairman, President and CEO.

“I’d like to express my gratitude to Ken for his stewardship and significant contributions.”

A new journey

“As I embark on this new journey, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my colleagues for a wonderful career chapter… I have full confidence in the future of ADT,” said Porpora.
