Allied Universal completes acquisition of Attenti

Allied Universal, the global security and facility services company, has completed its strategic acquisition of Attenti Group, an electronic monitoring company. 

This enables the combination of Attenti and G4S Monitoring Technologies, to create a global leader in electronic monitoring solutions. With combined revenues of over $160 million and operations in 35 countries, the new company will offer customers access to technology innovation and an even greater depth of expertise and support.

“This acquisition gives our electronic monitoring business a global footprint and an established platform for continued growth in North America, which is the world’s largest opportunity for electronic monitoring,” said Steve Jones, Chairman and CEO of Allied Universal.
