Allied Universal, a security and facility services provider, has announced the acquisition of Landmark Event Staffing Services, a comprehensive event security and guest services company supporting a wide range of venue and event clients nationally.

“This acquisition supports our growth agenda for our Event Services business which continues its trajectory expansion in the US,” said Allied Universal Global Chairman and CEO, Steve Jones.
