ICT has announced Andy Bane as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Founder Hayden Burr steps into the new role of Chief Innovation Officer. 

According to the company, this leadership transition embodies a strategic investment in its future growth.

With over 30 years of leadership and growth experience, Bane has held leadership positions across a diverse range of organizations, including venture-backed startups, private equity scale-ups and publicly traded companies such as ABB Enterprise Software, Ventyx and Global Energy Decisions.

Most recently, Bane was the CEO of Element, a SaaS industrial software company focused on data solutions for operational excellence. 

“I’m inheriting an impressive foundation with a differentiated product portfolio, a global customer base and a talented team,” said Bane.

“Together, we’ll expand ICT’s reach, build on its legacy of innovation and continue to find ways to best serve our customers.”

“His decades of operational excellence will help ICT scale its operations and advance its technology platform to anticipate and meet our customers’ evolving needs.”

After two decades of leadership as CEO, Burr is stepping into a role tailored to driving ICT’s agenda forward.

As Chief Innovation Officer, Burr will lead the company’s forward development efforts.

“I’m excited to pivot to a role where I can focus deeply on future needs and think about all the ways we can evolve to better meet the demands of our partners and customers,” said Burr.
