In conjunction with this appointment, The ASA Group has opened a new office in the US as well.

Industry experience

The ASA Group highlights that Burdette joins following a tenure as Director of Global Security at UnitedHealthcare Global.

In this role, he was instrumental in risk management and threat mitigation for international business travelers and student organizations.

Burdette’s expertise encompasses oversight of physical security operations, intelligence and threat analysis, travel tracking, aviation security and crisis management.

His leadership also included managing multiple evacuation operations in response to security threats and natural disasters.

Increasing security

The organization emphasizes that the strategic insights and extensive experience of Burdette will significantly bolster its security services in the US.

In addition to bringing Burdette on board, The ASA Group has appointed Tom McAdams as Country Manager and Business Development Manager for the UK, opening a new office there too.
