ASSA ABLOY has confirmed its acquisition of Leone Fence, a Canadian fence manufacturer, distributor and installer for commercial and residential applications.

“I am very pleased to welcome Leone Fence into the ASSA ABLOY Group,” said Nico Delvaux, President and CEO of ASSA ABLOY.

“This acquisition reinforces our current offering within perimeter security in the Canadian market.”

Leone Fence was founded in 1975 and has around 60 employees. The main office and factory of the fence manufacturer are located in Ontario, Canada.
