BCD has announced the appointment of Jim Gross as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Member.

According to the company, Gross has over 25 years of experience building leadership teams and cultures by bringing a focus to strategic and tactical execution.

Gross previously served as CEO of Trachte LLC, leading the company through a successful private equity sale.

Prior to Trachte, Gross worked at Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he was Vice President of Global Product Management, providing strategic and tactical direction to approximately 350 global product managers across 22 JCI divisions worldwide.
