Carbyne, a provider of public safety communications, in partnership with Global Hitss, has announced that the Government of the State of Campeche, Mexico will implement the company’s Universe cloud-native emergency response platform into its emergency response center (C4) with the aim of strengthening public safety in the region.

Improving response

Carbyne says that Universe provides interactive communications tools for any mission-critical center: live video, instant messaging, image upload and more, to increase call takers’ situational awareness and decision-making abilities. Carbyne Universe uses predefined messages to reduce human errors during emergencies. The system allows emergency call takers to work collaboratively, sharing information between call takers and responders.

Using the platform will enhance the capacity of security agencies in Campeche to manage and respond to emergency calls, reduce false calls, assist gender violence claims, optimize resource allocation and co-ordinate actions in real-time, enabling a more effective response and greater protection for the community.

Data flow

“We are thrilled to work with the authorities in Campeche and for the trust they have placed in our technological solutions to strengthen public safety in the state,” said Hector Luna, Country Manager of Carbyne.

“Our cutting-edge platform will provide crisis contact centers with an advanced call management platform that unifies the flow of information from all channels into a single user interface, a unique solution in the market that will allow for greater control and response.”
