Contacta has signed a major distribution deal with DK Hardware Supply.

Contacta notes that the relationship will see the Florida-based online retailer offering Contacta’s full range of communication systems for secure windows.  

The deal

DK Hardware Supply is one of the largest distributors in the sector, supplying to customers in all fifty US states, plus multiple international locations.

With 17 years’ presence and history in North America, Contacta manufactures, specifies and distributes assistive listening technology through its network of dealers. 

Its range includes a talk-thru product suitable for every setting, from bank teller counters to school reception areas, pharmacies and ticket windows. 

It also offers IP-rated systems that prevent water or dirt ingress, designed for delivery points or drive-thrus.

Offerings

Contacta’s window intercom and talk-thru systems offer communication through standard glass, Plexiglass and ballistic windows, meaning openings are not required and security is maintained. 

Each system comes with built-in hearing loop technology, helping make every window ADA-compliant and allowing access to clear sound for hearing aid users.

DK Hardware Supply has also launched the Contacta IR and RF 915 assistive listening and Tourguide systems, entering new categories in these growing sectors.
