Convergint announces acquisition of Panavidéo

One of the leaders in service-based systems integration, Convergint, has announced the acquisition of Panavidéo Inc.

Panavidéo is a Canada-headquartered integrator, that specializes in the design, implementation and servicing of intricate access control and video security solutions throughout Quebec.

Convergint says this acquisition enhances its service to customers in Canada, expanding its technology capabilities in the utilities, higher education, healthcare and data center markets.

Acquisition extends capabilities

Founded in 1969, Panavidéo is a leading security systems integrator that meets customers’ business and security challenges with advanced and emerging IP video and access control technologies.

Bringing nearly 40 local colleagues to Convergint, Panavidéo’s strong market presence throughout Quebec will enable Convergint to better service its customers in the region and accelerate growth–building on the integrator’s already extensive and established network of customers and partnerships across Canada.
