Convergint has announced that it has been named a US News & World Report 2025-2026 ‘Best Company to Work For,’ earning recognition in the Real Estate and Facilities Management category.
Convergint has received this recognition from US News for a second year in a row, a reflection of the company’s long-standing values and beliefs and the role colleagues play in powering its positive culture.
According to the company states that this year’s award was based on US News’ independent review of nearly 1,100 privately held companies and non-profit organizations across the United States.
The evaluation draws from publicly available information to assess how organizations prioritize and support employee experience.
