Deepwatch has announced the appointment of two veteran executives to its leadership team: Sammie Walker as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Anand Ramanathan as Chief Product Officer (CPO).

The managed security platform provider says that both seasoned executives bring unparalleled expertise to Deepwatch, amplifying the company’s mission to secure the digital economy and position itself for transformative growth in 2025 and beyond.

According to the company, Walker has over 25 years of proven success in marketing leadership positions within enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity and technology sectors.

Before joining Deepwatch, Walker served as CMO at Zimperium, where she led global marketing efforts to strengthen its position in mobile security.

She has also held CMO roles at Bugcrowd and Infoblox, where she delivered measurable business growth.

Anand Ramanathan

Ramanathan joins Deepwatch to lead product vision and engineering execution, the company says.

Prior to Deepwatch, Ramanathan was CPO at AirMDR where he drove the product strategy for AI-powered security operations.

With more than 20 years of experience in senior product and GTM leadership roles at leading companies, including McAfee, Skyhigh Security, Proofpoint and Cisco, Ramanathan has a track record of developing product strategies and scaling emerging companies.

In addition to his role at Deepwatch, Ramanathan actively mentors early-stage startup founders, contributing his experience to the broader technology ecosystem.
