Allied Universal, a security and facility services provider, has announced that its Executive Protection Academy (EP-301) training program has been accredited by ASIS International as a Preferred CPE course for recertification and continuing professional education (CPE) requirements for security professionals.
Allied Universal says that its 14-day/130-hour academy delivers instruction on critical protection skills for professionals of all experience levels protecting FORTUNE 500 principals, ultra-high net worth individuals and public figures.
It is conducted via a hybrid combination of live instructor-led instruction, challenging field exercises and web-based/online components.
The academy culminates with a full-mission-profile situational training exercise during which students are evaluated on the entire spectrum of skills encompassed by the curriculum.
“Executive protection professionals today face a myriad of challenging global threats and high quality, regular training is critical to operational excellence and quality assurance,” said Brian Jantzen, Executive Vice President of Executive Protection and Intelligence Services at Allied Universal.
“We understand the importance of providing current, relevant training to support both client and employee satisfaction. Our team is excited to have met the requirements of ASIS to become a preferred CPE provider.”
