Marking its first full year of operations, GuardCard.com has announced that it will be expanding its operations to Illinois, Texas and Utah.
The company aims to reduce the time it takes to obtain an Arizona unarmed security guard license.
GuardCard.com says it has so far empowered over 900 students to obtain their certifications and become a certified security professional.
The platform says it has removed the traditional pain points of the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) application process by offering its “All-In-One Bundle” end-to-end licensing solution.
The bundle covers:
– DPS-approved Training
– All DPS application fees, fingerprinting and passport photo services are included
– Electronic document signing eliminates the need for printing or uploading
– Partnerships with Klarna and Afterpay enable manageable payment plans
“Our mission was to eliminate the ‘common mistakes’ that delay careers,” says the GuardCard.com leadership team.
“By providing immediate course access and a network of 1,500 partner locations for fingerprinting, we’ve made the path to employment shorter and clearer than ever before.”
GuardCard.com says its use extends beyond individual students with Arizona security firms turning to the platform for streamlined onboarding.
By referring new hires directly to GuardCard.com, employers ensure their staff are trained to rigorous DPS standards and ready for the field faster, the company adds.
As GuardCard.com enters its second year, it has officially announced an expansion into Illinois, Texas and Utah, with further states currently under evaluation.
Looking toward 2026, GuardCard.com is also investing in a dedicated mobile application.
This tool will not only facilitate training on any device but will also serve as a professional hub where guards can track their license status and expiration dates in real-time, the company says.
