HiveWatch has announced that it will launch HiveWatch Command Center at ISC West 2024, taking place 9-12 April, in Las Vegas.

The company says that its security operations management platform streamlines field resource-to-operator communications, centralizes the storage of critical security assets, reduces incident workflow and aids in incident management and response.

HiveWatch Command Center was designed to assist security operations teams in detecting, triaging, responding to and investigating security incidents, while offering a budget-friendly and scalable option for organizations as they grow, the company says.

The core product provides a centralized source of truth for security assets, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), floor plans, site information to facilitate response and operator training, while real-time data about incident resolution, response, enables better decision-making around resource allocation.

Features to be shown at ISC West 2024

HiveWatch says that customers can customize their Command Center to include additional features such as:

  • Emergency Services Communication: contact local emergency response, automatically routed by incident location, directly from the platform
  • Guard Tours: quickly create checkpoints without the need for additional hardware to collect data about guard’s tours including completion, time and user
  • Case Management: provide security teams with a centralized location to track incidents, add relevant media and data and create a comprehensive log to aid in internal and external investigations. This feature can help meet requirements for workplace violence prevention plans being implemented and enforced, such as California S.B. 553

“While many of our customers are ready for a complete solution that incorporates data from video and access control solutions, others are looking for an initial simplified approach that they have the option to scale later,” said Ryan Schonfeld, Founder and CEO, HiveWatch.

“That’s where Command Center meets a need in the market.

“Shifting priorities and the need to tie investments back to the business means that security leaders need a way to do more, with less, which is why ensuring operators are as efficient as possible is critical.”
