The Security Industry Association (SIA) has announced that it has appointed Bill Brennan, President of i-PRO Americas to serve on the SIA Executive Advisory Board.

Established in 2017, the SIA Executive Advisory Board (EAB) is a panel of executive thought leaders from SIA member companies and a forum that offers input on how market developments influence SIA’s strategy and key initiatives.

The group advises the SIA Board of Directors on potential SIA member benefits on topics that include research, standards and technology and vertical market content.

A wealth of experience

According to SIA, Brennan has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, having led the security business unit under Panasonic before assuming his current role in April 2019 when i-PRO became an independent company.

Since then, Brennan has been focused on addressing the security market’s needs by offering cutting-edge, proactive solutions and building a community centered on mutual prosperity and trust.
