Integrated Security and Communications purchased by Pavion

Provider of integrated solutions for fire, safety, security and critical communications, Pavion Corp, has purchased Integrated Security and Communications (ISC).
The acquisition enhances Pavion’s engineering, integration and Fortune 500 national account capabilities across the US, the company says. Â
“Integrated Security and Communications is a fantastic organization serving enterprise pharmaceutical, life science, transportation, manufacturing and logistics customers across the world,” said Pavion CEO Joe Oliveri. Â
“The people of ISC are very strong and will be a great addition to our business. Â
ISC is the 20th acquisition for Pavion since partnering with Wind Point Partners in June 2020.Â
Signs of growth for Pavion
Integrated Security and Communications was established in 2007 by Michael Thomas and is headquartered in Millstone, New Jersey.
Thomas established his career in the enterprise security integration solution and services industry holding management positions with various companies culminating with the start of ISC.
