I serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Milestone Systems.
In my role, I lead the strategic direction for the Product and Technology group and the execution of our technology and product development, ensuring that we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and provide robust and responsible video technology to all our customers.
My career spans over two decades across industries such as media, public IT, consumer electronics and telecommunications, where I have built and led high-performing tech and product teams in both B2B and B2C environments.
With this blend of technical expertise and leadership experience, I focus on driving the continued development and growth of Milestone’s technology and product offerings, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of our industry.
What video management system (VMS) trends will we be seeing in 2025?
In 2025, we will see a significant rise in hybrid VMS solutions that seamlessly integrate physical and digital security systems.
This trend will drive ease of deployment and operational efficiency, allowing security integrators to offer scalable, flexible solutions that can be managed both on-premises and through cloud environments.
Additionally, advancements in AI, especially generative AI, will enable more intuitive user interfaces and streamlined user experiences, making VMS platforms more accessible and efficient for users.
How will Milestone Systems support and influence these industry trends?
Milestone Systems is committed to leading the way by expanding our open platform capabilities and supporting partners to innovate with vertical-specific applications.
We are prioritizing a user-centric design in our VMS development to enhance ease of use, leveraging cutting-edge AI to simplify interfaces and automate complex processes behind the scenes.
