Provider of smart lock technology, Lockly, has announced a major reorganization targeted toward growing its professional channel business in North America.
As part of the reorganization, Lockly has appointed several news hires, including Frank Polidoro as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
Along with this appointment, the company has added Jeffery Miler as its Senior US Sales Director and Joel Murawski as its Western Region Sales Director.
According to the company, Polidoro and Miller have extensive backgrounds in the channel, particularly with smart lock sales.
They have recently spent time with companies such as Latch, Smartrent and Seam.
Murawski comes to the company with a long and impressive background having been with Pelco and, most recently, HID.
“These appointments position Lockly to expand our channel business in North America and rapidly develop our network of certified channel partners,” commented Lee Zheng, CEO.
“The team now in place has extensive experience in developing the sales channel in the security industry in North America,” said Polidoro.
“They understand the needs of the security integrator and are dedicated to building mutually beneficial business relationships with our certified channel partners.”
The company has also announced the relocation of its sales and support center from Minneapolis, MN to West Milford, NJ.
Extensive expansion
Along with the relocation, the company announces the addition of Valerie Markowski as Director of North American Operations.
Markowski comes to Lockly after a long and productive period with RBH Access where she was responsible for Sales Operations in the US and Latin America.
“Markowski’s experience in providing support to channel partners will be a valuable contribution to the success of the organization in North America,” stated Polidoro.
“Markowski’s expertise with dealing with international manufacturers and her familiarity with the needs of channel partners, particularly those engaged in access control sales will be invaluable.”
Additionally, Lockly has announced the addition of Ashley Lopez as its National Customer Success Manager.
Lopez’s role will be to manage the company’s customer service agents for both the retail and professional divisions.
“Lopez’s extensive background in customer service and managing remote call centers will elevate the company’s service level,” said Polidoro.
“Lopez is committed to providing a positive experience for anyone interacting with Lockly.
“Lopez will be instrumental in our goal of making Lockly the easiest company to do business with.”
