Midwest-based Esscoe acquired by Convergint

Convergint has announced that it has acquired Esscoe, a provider of mission-critical security and fire and life safety systems in the Chicago and Midwest regions.
According to the organization, Esscoe is a local market leader, offering exceptional design and engineering capabilities and fully integrated, tech-enabled security solutions.
The acquisition will enable the company to accelerate its growth across the Midwestern US and adds more than 80 local colleagues.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Lake Zurich, Illinois, Esscoe provides customers with essential security, life safety and mass notification systems.
