Nice North America appoints new Chief Technology Officer

Nice North America has announced the appointment of Jim Poder as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
According to the company, Poder is a seasoned leader renowned for spearheading innovations that drive value for customers and businesses alike.
With a proven record in scaling billion-dollar Internet of Things (IoT) and smart home security ventures, Poder’s expertise will be utilized by the company to propel Nice product innovation and development in North America.
As the new CTO, his leadership will be a driving force in expanding cutting-edge product offerings, integrating the company’s robust portfolio and advancing its intuitive and intelligent solutions to exceed customer expectations.

With an extensive background that includes leadership roles in product development at Viasat and building successful IoT and home security businesses like Xfinity Home at Comcast, Poder’s work has focused on blending innovation with real-world application — resulting in products that transform how people interact with their environments, Nice says.
