Nice North America has announced that its Kent, Washington manufacturing facility has achieved a milestone of 365 consecutive days with zero health or safety incidents.

The company says that this achievement highlights the team’s dedication to operational excellence and safety while also working to increase manufacturing output and shipments.

“The accomplishment we’re celebrating is a result of a disciplined approach to safety, consistent attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence,” said Melanie Shelton, Chief Operating Officer, at Nice North America.

“Our Kent facility’s ability to maintain a perfect safety record while delivering increases in production is a remarkable achievement and a reflection of the professionalism, skill and focus of our entire team.
