OneLayer has announced the appointment of Tamar Tsuk Perez as Head of Product Management.
OneLayer explained that Perez brings deep experience in cyber-physical systems (CPS) security and product leadership, joining OneLayer at a time when demand for secure and efficient private network solutions is accelerating across industries.
Perez began her career in Israeli intelligence, leading cross-domain intelligence and cybersecurity projects within the special operations department.
She later moved to Medigate, serving as Product Manager, where she advanced security solutions for healthcare organizations.
After Medigate was acquired by Claroty, Perez took on key leadership roles, including Product Team Lead and Product Director, where she drove the launch of critical security products in the CPS security space and supporting company growth.
OneLayer highlighted that the new Head of Product Management’s appointment comes as the private cellular market expands rapidly, with enterprises in manufacturing, energy, utilities and other sectors deploying private LTE/5G networks to enable new digital use cases and protect critical infrastructure.
OneLayer has seen significant momentum over the past year with new customer wins in utilities, manufacturing, mining and more.
The company also stated that it has seen successful rollouts at major organizations such as Evergy and Southern Linc.
This market growth underscores the need for robust and scalable security and asset management capabilities, areas where OneLayer invests to help customers harness the full potential of private network technology.
OneLayer states that in her new position, Perez will lead the product management team and execution, ensuring solutions meet the evolving operational and security needs of enterprise customers.
Avishag Daniely, VP Product, OneLayer commented: “Tamar’s expertise in cybersecurity and product management, combined with her industry experience and leadership, positions OneLayer to meet the growing demand for secure private network solutions.
“We are excited to have her lead our product team as we expand our offerings and support customers navigating their digital transformation journeys,” Daniely concluded.
