Paxton has expanded its Training team with the additions of Zehn Zzyrone in the role of Field Training Engineer and Casey Cribbin as Senior Product Trainer.
According to the company, Zzyrone and Cribbin will focus on introducing smart access control solutions to customers and assisting them in growing their security business.
“I am pleased to have Zehn and Casey on board,” said Brian Bonser, Vice President of Customer Support, Paxton.
“They both bring a wealth of experience to the Training team which they acquired while working in technology and security installation companies and multiple vertical markets.
“We look forward to Zehn and Casey meeting and training even more Paxton installers.”
Zzyrone has worked in the security industry for 12 years.
He had worked in companies that specialize in home security and in the healthcare sector.
His experience includes configuring access control and video management software and providing product training to end-users, all of which will help him excel in the role as Field Training Engineer, Paxton reports.
“My previous roles gave me an opportunity to get familiar with technology and interact with a variety of end-users,” said Zzyrone.
“Joining the Paxton team allows me to focus on the product training side and grow professionally as a security technology trainer.
“I am excited to meet with customers and learn about their installation projects.”
The company also welcome Cribbin as Senior Product Trainer to further increase training support to installers.
Cribbin began his career in training and knowledge management 20 years ago with one of the world-renowned technology companies, Samsung Electronics.
“I have grown my knowledge in technology and developed my career in training at Samsung Electronics America over the 15 years I was there,” added Cribbin.
“When I had the opportunity to join another growing technology company, I seized it.
“I am very excited to meet with installers and show them how Paxton’s systems can benefit them and their customers.”
