ASSA ABLOY has acquired Premier Steel Doors and Frames, a US-based manufacturer of hollow metal doors and frames, metal building door systems and aluminum windows.

Premier was founded in 1964 and has around 90 employees, with the main office and factory located in Monroe, Louisiana, US.

“This acquisition delivers on our strategy to strengthen our position in mature markets through adding complementary products and solutions to our core business.”
