The Smart Bolt Elite is engineered to enhance security and access control in the single-family and multifamily rental markets.
Traditional access solutions in the rental industry have long been fragmented, forcing operators to choose between Bluetooth-only locks, Wi-Fi/cellular centralized hub solutions or non-smart access options each with trade-offs in security, convenience and affordability.
The company notes that this partnership represents a major milestone for both companies, marking a smart lock designed specifically for the proptech sector.
