ASIS International and the Security Industry Association (SIA) have announced details for the 2025 Security LeadHER conference, an event dedicated to advancing, connecting and empowering women in the security profession.

The third annual Security LeadHER conference will be held 9 June – 10 June at the Marriott Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan.

Security LeadHER offers impactful keynotes, lively networking, small group breakouts and many opportunities to help Security LeadHERs develop their skills, connect and collaborate.

Session proposals

Security LeadHER is seeking engaging, informative and motivational speakers and sessions for the 2025 conference.

Session proposals are wanted on topics such as:

  • Crafting your personal leadership style
  • Harnessing artificial intelligence for strategic advantage
  • Overcoming mindset blocks to achieve success
  • Navigating work-life balance to prevent burnout
