Senstar Technologies has announced that it intends to move its corporate domicile to the Province of Ontario, Canada.

The company is currently incorporated under the laws of the state of Israel.

Growth of the company

Senstar says that its Board of Directors believes transitioning to Canada will assist the company in achieving its strategic objectives.

The majority of the company’s employees and substantially all of its operating assets are currently located in the North American country.

The organization says that it expects redomiciling will have no material impact on how it conducts its day-to-day operations.

The redomiciliation, subject to certain conditions, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023.
