Silent Sentinel Inc., a surveillance system and threat detection specialist based in the US and Hertfordshire, UK has been awarded a multi-million-dollar contract to provide over 50 multi-sensor platforms to a US federal law enforcement agency.
The agreement
The contract will see the company deliver the systems as part of an ongoing project, set to be completed by the end of 2023. The high-performance camera systems will provide security to key national infrastructure in Texas, detecting potential threats and deterring unwanted activity to the very highest standards.
As part of the contract, Silent Sentinel says it will work alongside a major US-based information technology company, which will act as the systems integrator for the provided platforms, chosen by the client for their reliability, accuracy and modularity.
Platforms
According to Silent Sentinel, these platforms will also be equipped with NexOS, an innovative software-defined operating system developed by the company that will power the provided systems and any additional add-ons, with the primary objective of delivering superior performance, flexibility and sustainability.
“We are thrilled to have been awarded this contract, which further solidifies Silent Sentinel Inc.‘s position as a leading provider of high-performance and cutting-edge surveillance and threat detection systems to major government agencies,” said Ryan Workman, Sales Director at Silent Sentinel Inc.
