Skills for Security signs multi-year partnership with Nineteen Group

Skills for Security – a fire and security apprenticeship training provider – has announced a three-year partnership with Nineteen Group on their portfolio of security events.

According to the organization, this partnership reflects Skills for Security’s strategy and objective to encourage more young people to pursue careers in security. Skills for Security will debut at The Security Event (TSE) and Professional Security Officer (PSO) Live on 25-27 April 2023 at the NEC Birmingham, UK.

As part of Nineteen Group’s commitment to increase employee opportunities for young people, a series of educational workshops and initiatives, live competitions will be hosted at the shows, as well as a collaborative networking hub.

“Skills for Security are delighted to partner with Nineteen Group as they have built a strong portfolio of events that truly aligns with our mission to improve the skills and standards for apprentices in the security sector,” said David Scott, Managing Director of Skills for Security. “It is crucial we continue to collaborate with organizers and partners such as Nineteen Group who share our passion for driving forward apprentices and the skills agenda.”

TSE an award-winning commercial, enterprise and domestic security event and PSO Live will launching next year to coincide with the event and extend its offering to the entire security buying chain, covering installers, integrators, consultants, end-users and security guarding professionals. TSE and PSO are set to host 300+ world leading manufacturers and security suppliers.
