WeSuite has announced the expansion of its web-based sales software, QuoteAnywhere, to a full-featured, standalone, lead-to-close sales platform.
It now includes many features previously only available in WeSuite’s WeOpportunity and WeEstimate software, as well as a full array of configuration and administration capabilities.
Suitability
The cloud-based platform is suitable for salespeople, engineers, approvers and other sales team members to work wherever and whenever is most convenient.
When building quotes, salespeople can switch between a customer-facing presentation mode to work collaboratively with prospects and a non-presentation mode to create and adjust estimates.
Users can also sign and close deals on the spot.
QuoteAnywhere
The company notes that QuoteAnywhere consolidates everything in a single, user-friendly platform designed for residential, small business and commercial sales. This includes:
- Lead creation
- Assignment
- Management
- Estimating
- Proposal generation
- Contract automation
Current clients may utilize QuoteAnywhere in conjunction with WeOpportunity and WeEstimate, shifting to the web-based platform in full when they like.
