WeSuite has made improvements to its web-based platform, QuoteAnywhere, with the addition of a new Business Forms Module and email-based automated approval of presale estimates for ISC West in Las Vegas, 10-12 April, 2024.
According to the company, both features will be available to users of QuoteAnywhere, without the need for configuration or management via WeEstimate software.
WeSuite’s new Business Forms Module for QuoteAnywhere and WeEstimate allows users to create custom web forms to capture information during the sales process to streamline support of customers and projects.
Forms can be assigned at the customer or job levels and may be for multiple purposes with examples including survey checklists, project funding, tax status, billing requirements.
Fields are configurable as drop-down lists, radio buttons, checkboxes, calendar events, freeform responses, required and with logic to direct the presentation and order of next fields within the form.
An API endpoint for exporting captured data to other applications will be available in Q2, the company reports.
“At Allied, we have a need for capturing data that is not necessary for the quoting process but is crucial for our finance and operations teams at the point of sale,” said Erin Macauley, System Adminstrator, Allied Universal Technology Services.
“As just one example, WeSuite’s Business Forms Module will allow us to ensure invoicing is handled accurately from the start, not 120 days later, when we’re wondering why we haven’t been paid.
“This module has so many applications; I am extremely excited about its release.
“It’s a software company that really listens to its clients and responds.”
WeSuite’s automated approval feature requires any presale estimates that fall outside specified parameters (high dollar amounts, low gross margins) to be reviewed and approved by designated personnel before a salesperson can send them to the customer.
The new email feature alerts the assigned reviewer that an estimate awaits approval.
The email includes a summary of the job information and the reviewer can make comments, suggest additions and changes and deny or approve its release.
The email approval feature uses WeSuite’s API to connect with the application, allowing the salesperson to send out jobs as approved.
“It’s very important to us to be in touch with our clients and understand their challenges and changes within their businesses,” said Tracy Larson, President and Co-Founder, WeSuite.
“In the past several years, we’ve seen increasing demand for a fully functional web-based sales platform that lets our clients do everything they need from an iPad or tablet.
“The introduction of our new Business Forms Module and email presale estimate approvals for QuoteAnywhere are just the first of many enhancements that will allow our clients to leverage the power of our fully mobile sales solution, whether or not they also utilize our other products.”
