Convergint, a provider of service-based systems integration, has announced its acquisition of Beckwith, a Texas-based integrator comprised of Beckwith Electronic Engineering, Co. and Beckwith Electronic Systems, LLC.

Beckwith specializes in communication, security and life safety systems, with the acquisition adding 140 employees, expanding the company’s vertical reach and presence across the South Central region of the US.
