ISS (Intelligent Security Systems) has announced a new partnership with Convergint, to provide end users with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered video solutions.

According to ISS, the collaboration will help to improve and streamline security, safety and business operations across a wide variety of different vertical markets.

Convergint provides customized and integrated open-source video analytics solutions – that can send real-time alerts to help with loss prevention, increase situational awareness, accelerate investigation in cities and improve traffic, parking direction and flow.  

From more traditional applications, such as license plate recognition and intrusion detection, to new cutting-edge solutions for labor safety, regulatory compliance and logistics management, ISS says that it offers more than 50 different video solution analytic modules to address the varied needs of end users.
