Genetec has announced that it has been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People by MediaCorp Canada.

Canada’s Top Employers for Young People is organized by the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. 

This special designation recognizes the employers that offer Canada’s best workplaces and programs for young people just starting their careers.

Companies are evaluated on their ability to attract and retain young workers, mentorship and training programs, growth and development opportunities and the percentage of young people in the organization.

Genetec says that it was recognized as a top employer based on its numerous employee-focused initiatives including a work environment that promotes creativity, innovation and teamwork.
