Interface Systems has been named one of the best places to work in the US after certification by Great Place To Work.   

The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Interface.  

Based on the research, 76% of Interface’s workforce affirmed that it is a great place to work, surpassing the average US company’s satisfaction rate of 57%.  

Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.  

Highly coveted achievement for Interface Systems

According to Great Place to Work, 85% of Interface employees report being given lots of responsibilities and the flexibility necessary to achieve work-life balance (with 83% reporting the company made it easy for them to take time off when needed).  

With a thoughtful and robust onboarding process for new recruits, 88% of employees conveyed they were made to feel welcome when they joined
