Brent Duncan, CEO of Interface Systems discusses what differentiates the company in the market.

Can you tell me about yourself and your role?

My name is Brent Duncan and I am the CEO of Interface Systems.

My role is to create a customer-centric company with a vibrant culture of innovation that enables our customers to secure their assets and protect their people so they can focus on expanding their business.

What services and solutions does Interface Systems offer?

Interface provides managed business security, business intelligence and purpose-built network and voice connectivity for the nation’s top consumer brands.

Our premier service is an advanced remote video monitoring solution, Virtual Guard, that enables our team of trained Intervention Specialists operating from our Five Diamond rated, US-based security operations centers to see, hear and speak with employees of customers we secure.

Our security solutions can be customized according to the risk profile of our customer’s locations, offering services ranging from basic alarm monitoring to advanced, AI-based autonomous voice-down solutions.

We protect over 65,000 customer locations, with a strong foothold in the retail and restaurant markets.

What makes Interface Systems stand out in the market?

For over 27 years, Interface has been an innovator in delivering effective physical security solutions.

Our advanced remote monitoring technology stack, extensive strategic technology partnerships and domain expertise enable us to guarantee a better ROI for customers.

Unlike many security integrators, Interface uniquely manages the network infrastructure and also delivers business analytics from endpoints such as the cameras and alarm systems we deploy.

We truly believe in the mantra of delivering relentless customer support.

Our team is trained to see themselves as integral to our customers’ success, engaging deeply right from the solution design phase to optimized deployment.

Most customers see Interface as an extension of their loss prevention and IT teams.

How does Interface plan to expand in the next 12 months?

Recently, we’ve integrated leading video management and alarm systems with our interactive Security Monitoring Centers (iSOCs).

This integration enhances our monitoring and response capabilities, benefiting customers who already use basic video management and alarm sensors.

We are also expanding our Interactive Voice Down solutions, which use AI-enabled cameras to proactively identify potential threats, aiming to prevent crimes.

These enhancements are particularly relevant for our retail and restaurant customers.

Interface Systems’ ongoing commitment to innovation responds to the fast-evolving technology landscape, aiming to improve security efficiency for our customers.
