Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, will be the first security provider to utilize the Carbyne Connect technology in Mexico.

As part of the arrangement, Allied Universal will deploy Carbyne technology throughout its contact centers and offer Carbyne emergency notification technology to its clients’ employees and their families throughout Mexico, providing efficient response to crisis situations and security threats.

The platform

With Carbyne Connect, Allied Universal will be notified if clients are experiencing an emergency, allowing them to act faster and more efficiently. When clients make an emergency 911 call in Mexico, Allied Universal and the client’s chosen emergency contacts will be notified in real-time.

Carbyne enables mission-critical contact centers with an advanced call management platform that unifies the flow of information from all channels to a single user interface (UI). This UI is tailored for a seamless flow between every channel.

The partnership

“Our alliance with Carbyne is key in addressing today’s unprecedented security challenges by providing critical support to the corporate sector and its customers,” said Alberto Marquez, Allied Universal Country Manager for Mexico. “This arrangement accelerates the digital transformation of private security in the country.”

Carbyne provides an emergency collaboration platform with a mission to save lives by connecting the dots between citizens, government and enterprises,” said Amir Elichai, Founder and CEO of Carbyne. “Having an enterprise partner like Allied Universal – the largest private security in the world – is an exciting step towards providing “Carbyne connect” to multiple Fortune 500 companies in Latin America and beyond. It’s just the beginning.”
